Why Does Streamline RC offer Pre-Orders?
Streamline RC's primary focus is developing new technologies for new products in the RC market. With this comes significant R&D expense. Directly following heavy R&D investment of new product comes the often more expensive burden of tooling and process development. Pre-Orders play two extremely important roles in support of developing exciting new technologies and the products that utilize them:
1) Market Demand Assessment
Pre-Orders provide the Streamline RC team and its investors with the confidence needed to move a new product from tested and validated prototype to production. We do not offer a product for Pre-Order sales until it has been through extensive testing and has passed our strict criteria for performance and reliability at the pre-production phase.
2) Critical New Product Startup Funding
Adequate Pre-Order sales provide the Streamline RC team with both the confidence and the minimal required funding to purchase tooling and develop processes for production of the new product.
How do Pre-Orders work?
You will be charged at the time that you place your Pre-Order. During the stated Pre-Order period, Streamline RC will collect Pre-Orders and determine if there is enough demand for the new product to be moved into production. If demand is sufficient, at the close of the Pre-Order period, you will be notified that your order is being processed and your planned delivery date will be provided. If there is not sufficient demand for the new product by the close of the Pre-Order period, you will be refunded 100% of your purchase.

If for any reason we are not able to deliver your Pre-Ordered product to you by the committed date you will receive a full refund.
